Pancake Day

They’re just impossible to resist! I love how versatile they are and the fact that they can be served sweet or savoury.
Some of my favourite fillings for pancakes include chicken and pesto; bacon and maple syrup; fresh fruit; Nutella or simply a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of sugar. I’m allowing myself to have just one more tonight and that’s going to be caramel ice-cream with hot toffee sauce. This day only comes once a year – might as well finish it off in style ;-)

One of my favourite days of the year! I hard to start out with breakfast crepes full of brown sugar and real lemon juice. So delicious.

I freaking love pancakes but haven’t ate any in so long think I might cook some this weekend.
