There’s nothing like a little getaway to clear your head and lift your spirits. We had such a lovely, lazy break, catching up with one another, exploring a different part of our country and eating lots and lots of yummy food. These are just some of the amazing dishes we had during our three day visit to the North West. Because calories don’t count while you’re on holiday, right?
Bacon and maple syrup crêpes from Yum Yum
Chicken Maryland with bacon & banana fritters from The View Café Bar
Oriental duck wrap from Café Fleur
Pan seared chicken with risotto from The Kitchen
Apple and cinnamon crêpes from Yum Yum (we went twice – they were that good!)

Heaven….I’m in heaven! Wow, just wow – looks amazing! I’m so happy you photographed and posted this – this is the type of thing that I love – how very inspiring! Tomorrow I vow to step it up in the kitchen! Happy homecoming!
I already ate dinner tonight but looking at these made me hungry again!
OMG, those Apple and cinnamon crêpes look de-li-ci-ous!
