Eating out in Sligo

We’ve been back home two days now but I’m still buzzing from our weekend away in Sligo. There’s nothing like a little getaway to clear your head and lift your spirits. We had such a lovely, lazy break, catching up with one another, exploring a different part of our country and eating lots and lots of yummy food. These are just some of the amazing dishes we had during our three day visit to the North West. Because calories don’t count while you’re on holiday, right? ;)

1

Bacon and maple syrup crêpes from Yum Yum

2

Chicken Maryland with bacon & banana fritters from The View Café Bar

3

Oriental duck wrap from Café Fleur

4

Pan seared chicken with risotto from The Kitchen

5

Apple and cinnamon crêpes from Yum Yum (we went twice – they were that good!)
