Bailey’s Cheesecake

Right now though, I’m having way too much fun concocting lots of festive treats! My most recent endeavour has been Bailey’s cheesecake, using this recipe. It’s so delicious and such a classic; I can’t believe I’ve never made it before. Christmas movies plus loved ones plus a slice of this with a cup of coffee pretty much equals perfection.
